How long does a detail take?

A Fresh Detail typically takes 1.5–2 hours, a Full Detail 3–4 hours, and a Showroom Detail 5–6 hours. We’ll give you an accurate estimate when you book so you can plan your day.

Do I need to be home during the detail?

Not at all. Many of our Brisbane customers simply leave the car in the driveway and go about their day. We just need access to the vehicle and we’ll take care of the rest.

What if it rains on the day?

We monitor the weather closely and will contact you to reschedule if conditions aren’t suitable. There’s no charge for weather-related reschedules — we want to deliver the best possible result.

Do you bring your own water and power?

Yes! We bring everything — water, power, and all products. You don’t need to provide anything. That’s the beauty of our mobile service.

What products do you use?

We use premium, professional-grade products including Gtechniq and Meguiar’s Professional ranges. These are the same products trusted by high-end detailers worldwide.

How should I prepare my car?

Just remove any personal valuables and ensure the car is accessible. We’ll handle everything else. If you have specific concerns or problem areas, let us know when booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), bank transfer, and cash. Payment is due upon completion — you only pay when you’re happy with the result.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Absolutely! Gift vouchers are available for any package or custom amount. They make a fantastic gift for birthdays, Christmas, or Father’s Day. Call us to arrange one.

What areas of Brisbane do you service?

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–3 days in advance, though we can sometimes accommodate same-day or next-day requests. Weekends fill up fast, so booking early is best.

Do you offer regular maintenance plans?

Yes! Many of our customers book a regular detail every 4–6 weeks to keep their vehicle in top condition. Ask us about our maintenance plan discounts when you book.
