1. Services

Detail Kings provides mobile car detailing services in the Greater Brisbane area. Our services are limited to cars, sedans, hatches, utes, and SUVs. We do not service trucks, boats, or other oversized vehicles.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price. Weather-related cancellations by Detail Kings incur no charge.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices may vary based on vehicle condition. We will advise of any additional charges before commencing work. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), bank transfer, and cash.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to rectify the issue at no additional cost.

6. Liability

Detail Kings carries $10M public liability insurance. While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle and property, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, scratches, or paint defects not caused by our service
  • Damage to aftermarket accessories or modifications
  • Personal items left in the vehicle

Any claims must be made in writing within 48 hours of the service being completed, accompanied by photographic evidence.

7. Vehicle Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location. If we are unable to access the vehicle upon arrival, a callout fee may apply.

8. On-Time Guarantee

We guarantee to arrive within the agreed time window. If we are late to your appointment (excluding circumstances beyond our control), you will receive $50 off your service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
