Most people never look under the bonnet until they're selling, and that's exactly when a grimy, dusty engine bay costs you. A clean bay signals a car that's been looked after, and it makes leaks and worn components far easier to spot.
We give the bay a safe, low-pressure degrease and a proper dress, protecting the electricals throughout. It's one of our most popular add-ons before a sale or roadworthy, and we handle the whole job at your place with our own gear.
Why choose this detail
An engine bay detail is a smart move before selling, trading in or a roadworthy inspection, and it helps you and any mechanic spot oil leaks and perishing hoses early. We keep it safe, with no harsh high-pressure water near sensitive electronics, so you get the look without the risk. We explain the method in more detail in our guide, Is Engine Bay Cleaning Safe? An engine bay detail is also part of our Showroom Detail, or you can book it as an add-on.
Getting the car ready to sell? An exterior detail lifts the paintwork to match.
